Well here am I back in Eyemouth but only for one night alas. I am down to register for the Tesco Bank Summer Reading Challenge – if I am allowed as it is really aimed at children. But nothing ventured, nothing gained!!

I am also here to act as a living statue at the Maritime Museum tomorrow, for the second time. The first time happened by accident as I dozed off and the children from Morebattle PS weren’t sure if I was dead or alive. Nobody believes I will be able to stay still and silent for a while. Titter ye not, I say! Wish me luck as my two stories for Holy Trinity School in Berwick will scare the kids to death – The Split Stone at Millbank and The Murder of James Scott.
